tittle: Healthy diet plan

objective:
1. to stay healthy
2. to maintain d slimness
3. t0 fit d XS size of clothes

hypothesis: student is equal to unhealthy living style...ish3

propose method:
breakfast: milk fullcream + plain water
lunch: quarter portion of rice + chicken soup...n0 heavy gulai is allowed
dinner: skyjuice
strictly advised to take fast f0od only once in 2 weeks

expected outcome: losses of 5kg in 5 m0nth

gantt chart: may 2010 to sept 2010

milestone: XS size of clothes c0uld be fitted..
